The Pirramimma War Horse shiraz is sourced from old vines with small yields and concentrated flavours. The palate is incredibly intense with mulberry, licorice, blueberry, anise and cedar. Preceding that is a bouquet of blackberry, plum, mint, vanilla and olive. The oak (both French and American) has been generously applied, providing a structure for ageing.
