Slotted between are pink lady apple skin, crab apple blossom and mangosteen. It is a delightful juicy wine with a strawberry flesh middle palate and long, dry and chiselled finish. A delicate, elegant and fruitful Rosé that focuses on purity of fruit. A wine that would look stunning beside pink snapper sashimi, white soy and finger lime. A real celebration of the Alpines.
