Built upon richness, decadence and complexity, the 2023 viognier was picked slightly earlier to ensure maximum freshness and minerality was captured and allow for a more delicate and refined expression to support the sumptuousness of the wine. A further 12 months of bottle ageing, means that the Farr's release a wine that is softer and ready to shine. Drink now, or wait, as with all great wines, this will age beautifully and be right at home alongside a Pad Thai, a butter chicken or any spicy and savoury sauce.
